Placing an Order

How Orders Work

When you place an order on our website, you’re making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received your order, but this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted it yet.
Your order is only confirmed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.
Until then, we reserve the right to decline your order if:

Products are unavailable
Pricing errors occur
Payment can’t be verified

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

If we cannot process your payment or suspect fraud, we may cancel your order.

If a significant pricing error is discovered, we will:

Delivery

Delivery Times & Areas

We deliver across UK mainland.
Standard delivery: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Large furniture may take 2–3 weeks.

Remote areas, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland may require extra time or charges.
We will notify you before confirming your order.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location.
Couriers may contact you with a time window.
Missed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.

Large furniture delivery includes door or ground-floor delivery only.
White glove service is available upon request (extra charges apply).

Inspect all items upon arrival.
If anything is damaged or missing, note it with the courier and contact us at support@benzro.com within 48 hours.

Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Email support@benzro.com with your order number.

You then have 14 more days to return the items.

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging
In resalable condition

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Returns Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days after item inspection.

We refund:

Product cost
Original delivery charges (if whole order is returned)

Return postage is not refunded unless due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Artificial plants or mats that have been unpacked/used
Custom-made or bespoke furniture

Faulty or Damaged Items

Email us immediately with photos.
We will arrange free collection and offer:

Replacement
Or a full refund

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Product Warranties

Products include a manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years).
Warranty covers defects but not:

Wear & tear
Accidental damage
Misuse
Incorrect assembly

To claim, contact us with proof of purchase and details.

You may not copy or use it without written permission.

If you share photos of our products, you grant us permission to use them for marketing with credit to you.

Limitation of Liability
